Brashear Baseball at Novinger Monday

Novinger wins the Varsity game 8-5 and Brashear takes the JV contest 17-0.

Home runs from Kale Watson and Matt Thomas weren't enough to overcome Novingers 8 runs in the varsity contest. Watson and Jacob Shipman also had doubles. Matt Thomas got the start for Brashear with Jacob Shipman pitching in relief.

The JV contest was all Brashear as they won 17-0. Kale Watson had a homer and a double, Jacob Shipman had a homer and a single, and Matt Thomas also had a homer and a single. Ryan Ferdig had a pair of singles, and Daniel Smith, Brandon Gordon, Michael McKim, Koty Hayden, and Justin Hazen each singled. Kale Watson went the distance on the mound for Brashear
