Brashear Baseball vs North Shelby May 12, 2008

 

Tigers fall to North Shelby in 1st round district game.

 

The North Shelby Raiders jumped on the score board in the bottom of the 1st on their way to a 14-2 win over Brashear. Brashear’s offense came in the 3rd as Adam Songer walked, eventually scoring, and again in the 5th when Matt Thomas hit a solo homerun. Thomas took the loss with Michael McKim pitching in relief. Justin Hazen also had a hit in Brashear’s losing effort. McEwen homered for North Shelby and Stoneburner picked up the victory on the mound. The Tigers ended their spring campaign with a 4-4 record.
