The visiting Bulldogs sweep a varsity/jv double header over the Tigers.

Brashear and LaPlata both got off to slow starts with the game tied 0-0 after one inning of play. LaPlata then managed to score a single run in the 2nd and a pair in the 3rd to take a 3-0 lead. Play was uneventful until the top of the sixth as the LaPlata bats came alive. This paired with a series of defensive miscues by Brashear led to 8 LaPlata runs as the Bulldogs defeated the Tigers 11-0 in 6 innings. Matt Thomas got the start for Brashear and took the loss. Curtiss Bunch pitched a perfect 6 innings for LaPlata in picking up the win. LaPlata also took the JV game by a score of 11-0.
