The Brashear baseball team took the field for the first time this spring as they hosted the Linn County Mustangs Tuesday night. Linn County got on the scoreboard early with a pair of runs in the 1st and added to their score with runs in every inning of the 6 inning contest. Brashear scored solo runs in the 5th and 6th as they fell to the Mustangs by a score of 12 to 2. Chance Hill and Luke Baker had 2 hits each for Brashear, with Tyler Watson and Gabe Thomas also having hits. Luke Baker had 1 RBI. Baker, Thomas, and Colt Acton pitched for Brashear.
