The Brashear baseball team hosted the Putnam County Midgets Friday night. Putnam County scored a run in the top of the 1st, but Brashear evened the score at 1-1 with a run in the bottom of the 2nd. Putnam County collected another 3 runs in the 4th and 5 in the 5th while Brashear scored once more in the bottom of the 4th to give Putnam County a 9-2 victory. Chance Hill and Luke Baker had hits for Brashear. Gabe Thomas got the start for Brashear with Luke Baker and Chance Hill pitching in relief.
