The Brashear JH Lady Tigers faced Novinger in the Friday night game of the Green City Tournament. Brashear came out hot and held a 15-5 lead after one quarter, but Novinger fought their way back to tie the game 18-18 at half-time. Brashear and Novinger traded leads in the second half with the game tied at 29-29 with a minute and a half left. Novinger went on to score 8 points to Brashear's 0 to win by a final score of 37-29. Hannah Reeves scored 17 points for Brashear, Alexa Higgins had 6, Harli Mihalevich had 4, and Tanna Garlock scored 2 points.

The Brashear JH Tigers also faced Novinger Friday night. Brashear had a tough time getting on the scoreboard trailing 21-1 at the half. Brashear scored 4 points in the third quarter and 2 in the 4th as Novinger rolled to a 37-7 win. Ty Gottman scored 5 points for Brashear, and Fisher Reese had 2 points.
