Green City was the destination for the Brashear baseball team last Thursday. Neither team scored in the 1st, but Green City got on the scoreboard with 3 runs in the 2nd, 2 in the 4th and 2 more in the 5th. Colt Acton singled and scored in the 6th inning for Brashear's lone run. Except for some key defensive lapses, the game could have been much closer than the final 7-1 score would indicate. Colt Acton, Chance Hill, and Gabe Thomas had hits for Brashear. Thomas pitched for Brashear. Brashear's JV team won 6-3.
