Milan came to Brashear Monday night for a softball game. The Wildcats went to work with the bats scoring a pair of runs in the top of the 1st. Brashear answered with a run to make the score 2-1 Milan after one inning. Brashear kept Milan's offense in check, allowing only single runs in the 3rd, 4th, and 5th innings, but Milan broke out for a 7-run 6th inning. Milan did a good job of keeping Brashear off the bases until the Tigers scored a run in the bottom of the 6th. The final score was 12-2. Harli Mihalovich, Emily Mason and Alexa Higgins had hits for Brashear. Averi Acton got the start with Hannah Reeves pitching in relief.
