Brashear hosted Green City Friday night. In the softball game, the Lady Tigers had a hard time getting on the scoreboard in the early going. By the time Brashear scored their 1st run in the 5th, they were already trailing 8-1. Brashear added 4 more in the 6th inning, but some sloppy defensive play allowed Green City to take the win by a score of 9-5. Averi Acton had 2 doubles and a single for Brashear, Emily Mason had a double and a single, Harli Mihalovich, Alexa Higgins, and Hailey Lawrence had 2 hits each, and Bailey Moncrief and Hannah Reeves also had hits. Averi Acton allowed only 2 earned runs on the mound.

The Gophers got on the scoreboard with a run in the 1st, but Brashear answered to tie the game 1-1 in the 2nd. Green City scored 2 runs in the 3rd and another 2 runs in the 4th. Brashear scored another run in the 3rd, but Green City added another in the 6th as they defeated Brashear 6-2. Colt Acton and Jacob Bleything had hits for Brashear. Bleything got the start on the mound for Brashear.
