Keyboards, Mice and Cases

For our computer we used a Microsoft Internet Keyboard, we paid $25. This keyboard has 10 hot keys that can instantly link to the Internet, E-mail, the My Computer folder, the calculator, and sleep. Other hot keys allow the user navigate the Internet with ease. This keyboard is mid price range and suits our typing needs.

For the mouse we chose a Microsoft Intellimouse 1.2A PS2 compatible. For the mouse we paid $20. This is Microsoft's basic mouse, operated with a ball. This is a mid to low price range mouse. For laser optical or cordless mice, the prices increase quickly. The Microsoft Intellimouse has three buttons left and right with a wheel for exploring the Internet.

Our case is a Mid-Tower ATX and we paid $60. This is a fairly generic case in a with a moderate price. Most computer cases cost between $50 and $150, however the high end cases can cost up to $600. Cases can be boughten cheaply without fear of terrible malfunction, if it fits capacity requirements it will be adequate. The case will not affect the overall performance of the computer, but will only affect the appearence, as long as the capacity requirements are met.
