The Tigers pick up a baseball win over host Novinger.

Brashear put up runs in the 1st and 3rd innings to grab an early lead over the Wildcats. The Tigers put even more pressure on the Wildcat defense in the 4th as Adam Songer led off with a double and then Jay Scudder was hit by a pitch. Songer stole 3rd and came home on the overthrow. Scudder stole his way to 3rd and then Nick Thomas drove him in. Cody Snelling brought Thomas home with an infield groundout and the put Brashear up 5-0. Brashear really put the game away in the 6th as Thomas, Snelling, Brandon Gordon, Daniel Smith, Mike McKim and Joe Clarkson all scored to seal the 11-0 win. Cody Snelling pitched for Brashear recording 11 stikeouts and scattering 3 hits in the 6-inning shutout.
