Brashear wins 1st round district softball game 16-6.

When Marion County recently visited Brashear, the game was a wild one. Marion County jumped out to an early lead, but Brashear came storming back in the late innings for the win. In this rematch, Marion County scored in the top of the first, but Brashear managed to bounce back to a modest 5-2 lead by the end of the 4th. In the top of the 5th, Marion County put up 4 more runs to take a 6-5 lead, but Brashear’s bats came alive for 11 runs in the bottom of the inning giving the Tigers a 16-6 win.
