The Tigers and Bulldogs split a pair of Tri-County Conference basketball games.

The Brashear Lady Tigers took an early lead of as much as 4 points, but LaPlata had closed the gap to 8-7 after one quarter of play. The Lady Bulldogs managed a 4 point lead of their own in the 2nd and led 25-21 going into half-time. The game was closely contested in the 3rd with LaPlata finishing ahead 36-31, but the Lady Bulldogs pulled away in the late minutes of the game to win by a score of 53-41. LaPlata rallied in the 2nd taking a small lead before Brashear recovered and took a 24-22 lead into the locker room. Brashear came out strong again after halftime running up a 13 point lead and led 45-36 after 3 quarters of play. LaPlata's 2nd half rally brought them within a point, but they could never gain the lead and Brashear took the game 61-55. Kiley Watson scored 18 points for Brashear, Ryan Ferdig added 17, Trae Treasure had 14, Matt Thomas had 5, Justin Hazen had 4, and Anthony Ambrosia scored 3 points.
