The host Tigers sweep a conference baseball/softball double header.

In the softball game, Macon County got on the scoreboard with a run in the top of the 1st inning, but it was all Brashear after that. The Lady Tigers put up 11 runs in the first and 12 in the 2nd on their way to a 25-1 victory. Abby McKim had 2 hits for Brashear, Stephanie Linhart tripled, Katie Watson doubled, and Cierra Hines, Chloe Sykes, and Kristen Love singled. Love got the win for Brashear striking out 5.

Neither team scored in the 1st inning of the baseball game, but that changed dramatically in the 2nd as Brashear's Nick Thomas hit a grand slam, along with homers by Jay Scudder and Adam Songer to blow the game open. Thomas would add another homer in the 4th to drive in 8 runs on the night in a 26-1 Tiger victory. Hayden Housman, Nick Thomas, Matt Thomas, Hayden Coin, Cody Snelling, James Scudder and Adam Songer all had hits for Brashear. Tiger pitcher Matt Thomas threw 4 shutout innings for the win while fanning 8. Hayden Housman came on in relief in the 5th.
