The Tigers drop a pair of non-conference basketball games.

The Lady Tigers fell behind Schuyler County 24-5 after one quarter and trailed 42-13 at the half. Schuyler County continued their domination in the 2nd half pulling away for a 67-15 win. Shelby Salter scored 5 points for Brashear, Stephanie Elsea and Abby McKim had 4 points each, and Sydney Slavin scored 2 points. For Schuyler County, Kaitlin Stump had 34 points, Brooke Mullinix added 19, Alyssa Buckallew had 7, Mallory Haley, Jacqueline Bushnell, and Nikki Rowland had 2 points each, and Kourtney Nelson scored 1 point.

The Tigers also got off to a slow start trailing 21-5 after the 1st quarter. Brashear battled back in the 2nd quarter, outscoring the Rams 15-10 to pull within 31-20. Brashear closed the score to within 8 in the opening minutes of the 2nd half, but a series of Schuyler County fast breaks widened the lead as Schuyler held on for a 63-46 win. Matt Thomas scored 17 for Brashear, Anthony Ambrosia added 14, Cody Snelling had 5, Jay Scudder scored 4, Zach Reeves and Daniel Smith had 2 each, and Hayden Housman and Adam Songer had 1 point each. For Schuyler County, Jaron Shively scored 18 points, Tim Gorman had 15, Jesse Wheeler added 10, Troy Tallman had 7, Tad Shotten had 5, Alex Bruner had 4, and Aaron Fowler and Christian Cunningham scored 2 points each.
