The Lady Tigers from Brashear pounded out 12 hits on their way to a 16-6 win over the Lady Mustangs. Brashear got on the board with 3 runs in the top of the 1st, but Marion County quickly countered with 3 runs of their own in the bottom of the 1st. The Lady Tigers continued scoring with 5 in the 2nd, 1 in the 3rd, 2 in the 5th, 1 in the 6th, and 4 in the seventh while holding Marion County to only 3 more runs. Kristen Love homered, tripled and singled for Brashear, Katie Smith also had 3 hits driving in 4 runs, Ashley Moncrief and Katie Watson had 2 hits each, and Shelby Salter tripled and Cierra Hines singled. Krigbaum, Pollard, Behring, and Johnson had hits for Marion County. Kristen Love was the winning pitcher with Goodwin taking the loss for the Lady Mustangs.
