The Brashear Tigers played on the road at Linn County Tuesday night. Brashear got on the board for 2 runs in the first as Hayden Housman drew a leadoff walk followed by a Blake Pflum double and a Joe Clarkson single. Linn County answered with a pair of runs in the bottom of the 1st and another in the 2nd to lead 3-2. Hayden Housman singled and scored in the 3rd to tie the game, but Linn County pushed across 5 runs in the 5th to win 8-3. Hayden Housman and Blake Pflum had 2 hits each and Gabe Thomas and Joe Clarkson also had hits for Brashear. Erich Belzer, Dylan Harvey, Jacob Wood and Spencer Hostetter had hits for Linn County. Housman took the loss for Brashear with Thomas pitching an inning of relief. Belzer pitched for Linn County.
