The Brashear Lady Tigers faced the LaPlata Lady Bulldogs in a consolation semi-final game at the North Shelby Tournament Thursday night. LaPlata took the early lead and were up 12-6 after one quarter and 23-9 at halftime. LaPlata continued to outscore Brashear in the 2nd half and pulled away for a 43-20 win. Allison Thompson scored 9 points for Brashear, Shelby Salter had 6, Miranda Creason had 3, and Skylar Housman scored 2 points. For LaPlata, Makay Belt scored 15 points, Hannah Larson had 12, Taylor Snodgrass had 8, and Morgan Kimmel and Sam Jett scored 4 points each.
