The Brashear Lady Tigers faced Green City in the 1st round of the Atlanta Tournament Monday. The two teams traded buckets twice making the score 4 to 4, but Green City did most of the scoring after that, taking a 20 to 5 lead into halftime. Brashear had no chance to catch up as Green City went on the win by a score of 40 to 11. Hannah Reeves scored 5 points for Brashear, with Zoe Blankenship, Kierston Hart, and Alexa Higgins each scoring 2 points.

The Tigers also faced Green City in their 1st round game. Like in the girls' game, a tough Green City defense severly limited Brashear's scoring at the Gophers ran up a 36 to 2 halftime lead on their way to a 52-8 win. Brashear had their best quarter in the 4th as they scored 6 points. Colton Sayre score 3 points for Brashear, Noah Reeves and Wyatt Reeves each scored 2 points, and Fisher Reece scored 1 point.
