Brashear vs Bucklin/Macon County February 14, 2017

The Brashear Lady Tigers hosted Bucklin/Macon County
Tuesday. Although Brashear got on the scoreboard first,
some hot shooting including 5 3-pointers put BMC up
by a score of 32-20 at halftime. Brashear matched BMC
point for point in the 2nd half, but that gave BMC the
58-46 win.

In the boys' game, Brashear stuck right with BMC to
trail by only 17-14 after one quarter. A big 2nd quarter
allowed BMC to extend their lead to 50-29 by halftime.
Brashear was unable to cut into the BMC lead in the 2nd 
half and fell by a final score of 70-51. Colt Acton was
in uniform after his season-ending knee injury in December
and made a brief appearance to knock down a couple of
free throws in his last home game.
