Brashear Baseball at Putnam County May 5, 2017

The Tiger baseball team played on the road at Putnam County Friday. 
The Tigers took a 2-0 lead in the top of the 2nd and were up 2-1 after
the end of the 2nd inning. The Tigers got the first two outs in the
bottom of the 3rd before things fell apart and Putnam County had taken
a 6-2 lead after 3 complete innings on their way to a 13-3 victory.
Zane Sykes, Wyatt Reeves, and John Gerhold had hits for Brashear.
Colt Acton got the start for Brashear striking out 6 in 3 innings of
work. This marks the first time he has been able to participate in 
sports since his December knee injury. Zane Sykes pitched in relief.
