CSR 30-4.040 Annual Public Reporting of Information by School Districts
PURPOSE: This rule consolidates the state's reporting
requirements and those included in No Child Left Behind regarding annual public
reporting of information by school districts.

School
districts shall prepare and publish, prior to December 1 of each school year, a
school accountability report card for each attendance center in the
district. These reports shall be made
available to all district patrons and to every household with a student
enrolled in the district. The reports
shall be distributed to all media outlets serving the district, and shall be
made available, upon request, to all district patrons and to each member of the
general assembly representing a legislative district that contains a portion of
the school district.
