Eagle Trip
The Adair County R-II Math and Science Club travelled to Keokuk Iowa on
January 17, 1999 to attend Eagle Days. During the trip, the group got to
hear raptor experts and see live eagles and falcons up close. Also, they
were able to observe dozens of the hundreds of eagles that were in the
lock and dam area. While at the dam, the group also toured the AmerenUE
hydro-electric power plant.
