ADAIR COUNTY R-II NEWSLETTER
APRIL 1, 2016 Brashear,
Missouri
We would
like to thank the Patrons of the district for the overwhelming support of the
$1,000,000 General Obligation Bond Issue. The renovations and
improvements are scheduled to begin the summer of 2016. We have had a long tradition of providing
quality education to the children of our district and we enjoy excellent
community support as evidenced by strong parental and community
involvement. We are fortunate to live in a community where education is a
priority and students do come first! We are so proud of this community
and the way that it pulls together to show support for our school.
Thank you for always being there for your kids, our kids, and their
future! It has been said it takes a village to raise a child. The
village of Adair County R-II is one of a kind!
It is ALWAYS a GREAT day to be a Brashear Tiger!
Sincerely,
The

8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the elementary school. All district children who will be 5 years old prior to August 1,
2016 are elgibile to register for Kindergarten for the 2016-2017 school
year. Please bring your child’s birth
certificate, immunization records, and proof of a vision test from an
optometrist or physician with you on that day.
Please
contact the school at 323-5272 to schedule your appointment.
Your child will soon be taking the
Spring Assessment. You may assist us in
the process by seeing that your child has plenty of sleep, has a good
breakfast, and has a good mental attitude preceding test days. Also, please do not schedule any
