ADAIR COUNTY R-II NEWSLETTER
APRIL 1, 2017 Brashear,
Missouri
Tuesday, April 4,
2017 is Election Day. Patrons of the
Adair County R-II School District will be
voting to elect three school board members.
This year we had
four candidates file for the three available positions. Those who have filed include incumbent Keith
L. Turner, incumbent Alissa Garlock, Sara Erwin, and Becky Reeves.
Please remember to
vote!
We will be
conducting our annual Kindergarten registration on Friday, April 28th, from
8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the elementary school. All district children who will
be 5 years old prior to August 1, 2017 are eligible to register for
Kindergarten for the 2017-2018 school year.
Please bring your child’s birth certificate, immunization records, and
proof of a vision test from an optometrist or physician with you on that day.
Please contact the
school at 323-5272 to schedule your appointment.
Shout Club will be
sending a small group of students to the Ronald McDonald House in Columbia on
April 21st. Students and advisors will
take a tour of the facility and then spend the afternoon and evening preparing
and serving dinner to the families of the house. Shout Club is looking forward to the opportunity to serve and
make a difference for these families.
Congratulations to
Hailey Lawrence, Kacie Mihalovich, and Saydie Potter on being recognized by the
