NOVEMBER 1,

READING WEEK CELEBRATION
The
community is invited to join the elementary students, parents, and staff for a
fun and "mysterious" evening
beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, November 15th in the elementary gym. We will celebrate literacy by solving a
crime that has been committed in our own elementary school. Which teacher did it???? That is the question. Bring your family and follow the clues! Hope to see you there!

BRASHEAR LOSES DEAR FRIEND
The
Adair County R-II School and community have lost a good friend and role model
through the death of Diane Bradley.
While we are sad that she will no longer be with us, we are comforted by
our memories of her dedication and commitment to the education of students here
at Adair County R-II and the surrounding communities.
The
school continues to receive donations to the scholarship fund in her
memory. We hope to provide a complete
list of those who have honored Mrs. Bradley in the December newsletter.
God saw her
getting tired,
a cure not
meant to be,
so He put
his arms around her,
and
whispered…
“Come with
Me”
